The Silence: Or how it’s going to keep going on for awhile. But not forever.

I haven’t written anything on this site in awhile, and I’ll address why that’s happening. I’ve been writing stuff, yes, but I’ve also been learning programming. I’ve learned a fair amount, and included within that is PHP! So, at some point, I’ll be changing my blog to use my own WP theme – fancy! I’ve also made my own PyPi package, a generic Flask site that uses it, and I’m working on some other things. I’ve been scrambling like heck to do this before my second child is born, so there hasn’t been that much time for much of anything. It could be called a good use of time during the pandemic, but it’s also incredibly tiring and, at times, depressing. I miss writing terribly. You can decide where that squinting modifier goes. At some point, I’ll post links to all the things that I’ve done, but that takes time, and if there’s anything that’s true of me, I’m lazy. Or I’m prioritizing other things, namely sleep/food/rearing my firstborn/learning the programming so I finally get what I need to do done.
