g-f-benyakir is simple Flask server to run an applicable recipe through my own r2api package to get the units translated from metric to imperial and then translated. The purpose of the website was twofold: 1. to let other people use the r2api package without coding up their own examples and 2. to experiment with some sass and css and get more experience.
Some of the more challenging implementations for me were custom checkboxes that change from top-down to left-right with media queries, images that blur upon hovering over them in a row and integrating my own illustrations into the website.
With the latest update in late February, the website exposes an API endpoint to make programmatic requests. Details are elaborated in the GitHub readme.
